Request from the employer
You send a request to search for / prepare a medical employee in one of two ways:
→ posting a vacancy on our resources and within the community of foreign healthcare professionals in Slovakia;
→ signing a contractor agreement for recruitment and full support of the relocation and integration process for foreign healthcare professionals.

Selection of medical personnel
If a contract is signed, medinklud provides full support for interaction between the employer and the doctor:
- the first interview, where the employer and potential employee meet each other, including meeting moderation and translation;
- language courses for the foreign healthcare professional, including language basics and professional terminology;
- assistance in finding accommodation, if it is not provided by the employer;
- translation of education documents;
- nostrification;
- legalization of stay in the country;
- communication with state supervisory authorities;
- other matters.
Employment
We make sure that both the employer and the healthcare professional receive the most detailed and complete answers possible to all questions of interest. We support both parties during preparation for signing the employment contract, during the conclusion of the employment relationship, and after it has been established.
We provide full support to both parties for 90 days after the employment contract is signed.
